TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
PURCHASE
To purchase, kindly fill up the order form. Remember to provide all required information to ensure you get your purchases on time. We will acknowledge your order within 24 hours.
Acknowledgement will be sent via either Email or SMS. REMEMBER to specify the Item Code/Colour and Quantity. Should the item be out of stock, we will inform you and if you are still keen to purchase, we will place you on the waiting list and inform you as soon as the stock is replenished. PAYMENT METHOD
We accept payment via DBS/POSB/OCBC iBanking Transfer. For payment from Same Bank to Same Bank (e.g. POSB to POSB), acknowledgement is normally with 1 business day. For payment from different back (e.g. OCBC to POSB), acknowledgement will take 3 business days. All payment have to be made with 24 Hours of placing the order. We DO NOT accept any photocopy/scanned document as proof of transfer/payment. We will only confirm the payment when we see it in our bank’s transaction record.
POSTAGE & SHIPPING
Prices stated are NOT inclusive of postage. Postage & Shipping varies depending on weight. Unless otherwise stated, normal postage is SGD2.50 for the first item and SGD0.50 for subsequent item (Item weight less than 10 grams). For registered mail, please add SGD 2.24 on top of normal postage & shipping price. ALL PRICES QUOTED ARE FOR POSTAGE AND SHIPPING WITHIN SINGAPORE ONLY. Your item will be shipped out within 3 days of receiving your FULL PAYMENT.

-All prices quoted are final and non-negotiable
-All items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable
-JK-SPOT will not be held responsible for lost parcel or damage items that are posted/shipped via normal post. Registered post is strongly recommended.
-JK-SPOT reserves the right to reject a transaction or customer at our own discretion
EXCHANGE POLICY
-Exchange will only be done for items with manufacturing defects
-Exchanges can only be done within 7 days from the date of posting/shipping
-Exchange items must be in their original condition and packing
-Refund will only be entertained on a case by case basis or when we are out of stock for the exchange item
-All items are carefully checked and packed prior to posting/shipping.
-JK-Spot reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions from time to time without prior notice.
